Olympique Lyon may have to sell Rayan Cherki early as the club is currently struggling financially.

Cherki has agreed a one-year contract extension with Lyon despite the 21-year-old’s continued transfer speculation over the summer transfer window, as well as problems with the Rhône-Alpes club.
